Data privacy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

ArdhSolutions builds LardhGIS, LardhTraffic and LardhPedestrian. This page explains what we collect when you create an account, download and use our technologies, and what we do not collect. The short version: your maps, layers, projects and simulation results stay on your computer. We keep only what is needed to run your account and licence.

How we use it

Cookies and local storage

The website uses one session cookie to keep you signed in. Your language and theme choices are kept in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who can see your data

Only the ArdhSolutions team that runs the service and our email provider (which delivers account and order messages). We do not share your data with other parties unless the law requires it. If you use the AI assistant in LardhGIS with your own provider key, the questions you send go to that provider under its own terms, from your computer.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and licence records while the account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your account, licence and device records; order records may be kept for the period our accounting rules require.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, licence tokens are signed and tied to one computer, and administration is limited to the owner account.

Your choices

You can change your name, organisation and password from your account page. To see, correct, export or delete your data, write to info@ardhsolutions.com.
